Our mission is to provide a safe and inclusive space for young individuals to explore their passions and develop essential life skills. Through mentorship, educational programs, and community engagement, we aim to cultivate the next generation of leaders and change-makers.

Founded in January 2024, The Prince & Haynes Institute for Arts and Academics (PHIAA) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) dedicated to advancing
students interested in art and post-secondary opportunities. Our
organization assists students with college preparation and a career in
the arts.

The Prince & Haynes Institute was founded with a clear mission: to nurture the creativity within every child and cultivate the artists of the new millennium. By providing a supportive environment, the institute aims to empower young minds to explore their artistic talents while also offering guidance to help them achieve their future college and career aspirations Through specialized programs and mentorship, we are dedicated to fostering a generation of innovative thinkers and creators. FULFILL IT

We provide college counseling services to students
interested in post-secondary study. -
We provide workshops, classes, and informational sessions hosted by thought leaders in the art world to prepare students for careers in the arts sector.

We provide career counseling services and assist students with internship placements that help them better understand their chosen career field in the arts.

We connect school, college, and community so students can create a portfolio of mentors and role models as they matriculate into college and beyond.

We provide limited financial assistance to students and lobby for additional funding as they prepare for secondary study.
